After having served for several years as an Educator and Parish Minister, I was faced with an unimaginable and untimely incident. I was now UNEMPLOYED!
Not only was I jobless, but I was informed that I did not have the skills set to be considered an asset in the marketplace. The condition of my exisitence caused trepidation and anxiety.
It was during that time that I discovered that there were very few organizations that provided assistance to professional mature women-in-transition.
Thus, the concept of TAPESTRY of Women was born.
